Course Briefing

In this course, you are going to learn how to identify and design different components for Electrical distribution systems in an Industry. The discussion will start focusing on the basics of electrical system and as the course moves forward you are going to learn practical Design of Electrical System which includes but not limited to HV & LV Sub-station, MDB, SDB, LT Panel, SLD, Cabling, Busbar, Energy Storage, LPS etc. After this course with little more self-practice and 1-2 years quality time in the industry you can start designing Electrical System for any project.

Course Objectives

The objective of this course includes but is not limited to the followings:

  • Holistic understanding of Electrical systems for industrial, commercial, and residential projects

  • Luminaries calculation 

  • Cable selection, breaker selection, and busbar selection as per NFPA, BS, IEC & DIN standards. 

  • Load calculation and Single Line Diagram Design as per NFPA, BS, IEC & DIN standards.

  • Sub-station design NFPA, BS, IEC & DIN standards.

  • Building Earthing & Lightning Protection System Design. 

  • Archive the ability to design any industrial, commercial and residential project.

Cetification Pre-Requisite:

  • A four-year degree

  • 12 months of hands on experince

  • 30 hours of class room training
