Who should seat for LSSYB ?

This course is ideal for taking your first step in Lean Six Sigma. You will learn the rationale behind Lean Six Sigma and be introduced to the most critical Lean Six Sigma tools and methods. The course can be of particular interest to those delegates who work for organizations that have introduced or are about to teach Lean Six Sigma. Organizations aiming for a culture of continuous improvement benefit hugely from a large contingent of Yellow Belts within their ranks

What will I be able to do after this course?

A Yellow Belt is capable of:

• identifying customer requirements

• addressing improvement potential using Lean Six Sigma method and tools

• participating in Lean Six Sigma projects and initiatives with Green Belts and Black Belts

• participating in (Kaizen) improvement sessions

• understanding the rationale behind Lean Six Sigma

What will I be able to do after this course?

Prior knowledge with respect to Lean Six Sigma is not required.

Course design In-company Yellow Belt (classroom based)

The standard course will have a length of 4 to 8 hours with various didactic methods such as simulations, exercises, and discussions. The system can be completed with an exam.

The in-company Yellow Belt course can be tailored to the specific demands of your organization. Often issues such as a required change of mindset amongst the participants will be specifically addressed. As a result, some in-company courses will have a longer duration of up to two full days.

Online Yellow Belt

The online course can be completed in 4 to 6 hours at the participant's own pace. Using videos, animation, practical examples, and quizzes, the system is built up into three different modules with ten lessons. The period ends with an online exam which entitles the participant to Yellow Belt certification if the exam is completed successfully.
